Measuring 185.37 square feet, the Tiny House aims to bring communities together around food, with the Tiny SPAM® kitchen serving as the heart of the home. The Tiny House will travel coast to coast, sharing delightful dishes and simple recipes served right from the Tiny SPAM® kitchen, proving what SPAM® lovers already know – nothing beats the sound, smell and taste of SPAM® brand products sizzling in the frying pan.
Highlighting the brand’s versatility to be paired in many different ways, the Tiny House’s menu will feature unique, on-trend recipes created by locally-recognized chefs and influencers alongside SPAM® brand favorites such as SPAM® Musubi and SPAM® sliders. The tour’s signature dish will be a Spicy SPAM® Breakfast Burrito recipe created by standout celebrity Chef Jordan Andino. On July 28 and 29, Keep Memory Alive hosted the annual Summer Social and Rodeo at Shakespeare Ranch, a weekend of Western-style fun and fundraising including a professional rodeo event and evening with celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse and Motown classic group The Commodores. The National Pork Board (NPB) has extended its integrated “El Sabor de Hoy”, or The Taste of Now, campaign in an effort to feature pork cuts that deliver great flavor and value, making it the ideal protein for Latino consumers in the U.S.
The campaign will run from October, which is National Pork Month, through December, when pork is a staple during the holidays. To bring the campaign to life, NPB has once again teamed up with Puerto Rican-born and Miami-based Chef José Mendín. Mendín is a five-time James Beard Award nominee and restaurateur behind the Pubbelly Restaurant Group, including Pubbelly Noodle Bar, an Asian-inspired gastropub in Miami.

LAS VEGAS (Feb. 28, 2018) – Paris Las Vegas illuminated the Las Vegas Strip with the debut of a $1.7 million light show at the Eiffel Tower on Wednesday, Feb. 27, joined by world-renowned chef Guy Savoy, legendary French actress and singer Line Renaud and Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson. With a total investment of more than $92 million this year, the resort will also offer elevated experiences for its guests including an additional 1,600 renovated guest rooms and the all-new Voie Spa & Salon as it celebrates its platinum anniversary.
Inspired by the Eiffel Tower’s illuminations in France, the enhanced lighting at the Paris Las Vegas attraction will offer a free, recurring show featuring synchronized and choreographed twinkling and colored lights for visitors to enjoy nightly on The Strip. In partnership with Vision Sign Inc., Paris Las Vegas installed approximately 300 color washing light fixtures and more than 800 white strobe lights on the tower’s exterior. Guests can enjoy the nightly light show every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour from sunset to midnight.
