It’s time to welcome back the short days, crisp air, and colorful leaves of Fall. Though the season is beautiful, it does require a bit more of an effort to keep yourself healthy and happy than summertime. When you factor in less daylight and the upcoming seasonal gatherings, it’s easy to feel like there isn’t enough time left in the day for ourselves. On Wednesday, September 27th, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle expert, Kelli Calabrese, will be available to discuss her pro tips on how to prepare yourself for the colder months, including easy ways to boost the immune system, calm the mind, relax the body and stay healthy.
According to the Edelman American Well-Being Study released today by Edelman Wellness 360 in partnership with Edelman Berland, consumers prioritize emotional health over physical, yet 63 percent lack clarity on how to achieve emotional well-being, like relieving stress and increasing self-esteem. While consumers say they need more support to reach both their physical and emotional health goals, the study also revealed that nearly half don’t turn to others for help and 89 percent say they are solely responsible for their well-being. This leaves consumers facing a dilemma: The well-being measures people need the most simply can’t be achieved alone.

For instance, one suggested swap for the younger family members is Juicy Juice Fruitifuls. It has 35% less sugar than regular juice, a full serving of fruit and a taste kid's love. In fact, replacing a regular juice box with Fruitifuls every day can reduce annual sugar intake by 13 cups.
