Cooking skills aren’t enough to win in Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen – in this new competition series, chefs must also be crafty, clever and willing to sabotage their opponents. Led by Alton Brown as the kitchen’s cunning provocateur, this game features a briefcase filled with $100,000 in cash, four competitors, three rounds of cooking and auctions where chefs bid on items to help themselves or hinder their opponents. The thirteen-episode series premieres on Sunday, August 11th at 10pm ET/PT, immediately following the Food Network Star finale, which airs at 9pm ET/PT.

Season 3 of Food Network’s top-rated series Chopped All-Stars returns Sunday, April 7th at 9pm ET/PT, as sixteen culinary competitors battle it out for the title of All-Star champion and a $50,000 prize for the winner’s charity. The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), the world’s premier culinary college, sent six of its distinguished faculty and degree program students to catch fish off the coast of Louisiana in Plaquemines Parish and experience firsthand the purity and taste of the region’s seafood.
The team of four chefs and two culinary arts students from the CIA’s Hyde Park, New York campus toured the Parish and sampled shrimp, crab, oysters, tuna, and snapper straight from its waters. The two-day tour culminated in “A Celebration of America’s Best Seafood,” a four-course dinner at the historic Woodland Plantation.

Chefs, sommeliers, mixologists and others from Bellagio, Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay set a new Guinness World Record by uncorking 308 bottles of Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon simultaneously. Amidst flying corks and free flowing wine, the crowd shattered the previous record of 252 in celebration of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit.
