In a recent article on yahoo.com front page, it talked about a study that indicated using nutritional supplement could be dangerous to your health. When reading these types of studies, I always like to see who puts out the study and who sponsored it. The medical industry always sponsors studies that point to a detrimental effect, when using nutritional supplements. It seems to me that the medical industry is quite happy to keep you sick so that you can provide them with a continual doctor and hospital visits and purchase drugs.

I've had the idea for this song since the day of the terrorist attacks in Paris but I couldn't find the time to actually work on it until recently as I've limited my amount of video watching here temporarily on Youtube. It was the only way for me to get this done. I wanted to have this song and video uploaded well before Christmas and so I had to rush this composition more so than with any other previous song I've ever written. I haven't even tested it out in my friend's car to hear it through his stereo as my main concern is always in the vocal quality here. The instrumental sections were very complex and I was making up those parts as I was going and they all seem to be fine as far as composition goes. I wish to especially thank Bethany Ann Meyer who gave me that little extra incentive that I needed to get this song finished. She's a gifted singer and a real sweetheart. Canon 13 is inspired by our geographic birthplace at the Soledad Mission, the 13th mission located along the El Camino Real, the historic 600-mile stretch of road connecting dozens of missions and pueblos beginning in the late 1700s. The steep Santa Lucia Highlands are located along California’s central coast, near the cool waters of Monterey Bay on the flanks of the Santa Lucia Range. The region is graced by warm days, cool nights, rich soil and an evening fog that nurtures the delicate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.

Las Vegas launches the latest “What Happens Here, Stays Here” commercial today, titled “Transformation.” The 30-second spot makes its debut, along with a series of digital and social extensions. For more than 10 years, the iconic campaign has celebrated adult freedom, and “Transformation” illustrates the clandestine freedom people experience in Las Vegas while instilling the destination’s message of: be yourself or anyone else.
The narrative follows the journey of lead male and female characters as they spend the day crossing paths with their appearances evolving at each location. The lead characters come together at the end of the commercial as Imagine Dragons performs their latest single, “I Bet My Life.” The destination was eager to work with the Las Vegas quartet on the pop-culture entrenched campaign as it continues to elevate Las Vegas as the “Entertainment Capital of the World.”

Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, host of Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, announced today that he is teaming up with Tropicana Las Vegas to open his first signature restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. At the press conference, the exterior of the Tropicana Las Vegas came to life, where a high-energy video showed the crowd what they can expect to see from the newest chef in town. In true Robert Irvine fashion, the celebrity chef made his entrance by rappelling 22 stories (220 feet) down the exterior of the Tropicana hotel to the assembled press below.
In introducing Chef Irvine, Bob Sheldon, President of Las Vegas Operations for Tropicana’s parent company, Penn National Gaming, said, “Chef Robert Irvine has tackled some of the toughest culinary challenges around the world, and we’re excited to have him take on Las Vegas, right here at the Tropicana. In an effort to learn more about driver
inattention, one of the biggest killers on WA roads, RAC created the
world's first Attention Powered Car -- a car that goes when you're
paying attention and slows when you're not. On the final
leg of our road trip, we visited Narrogin in the Wheatbelt, which is
also often dubbed by emergency services as the 'accident belt'. Here,
single vehicle crashes with young drivers behind the wheel are
particularly high, so we wanted to see if inattention was part of the
problem. Our first driver, Shawn, took the Attention
Powered Car and few mates around town. Not surprisingly, his mates
proved to be a distraction, as well as thinking about his girlfriend
and sadly, friends lost on the road. Next up was Speedway Driver Coby.
She performed well on the open road, but had plenty inattention moments
to match. Perhaps most telling though, was her insight into the minds
of many drivers who even after being made aware of their limitations,
aren't likely to change behaviour. Check out the video to
