Zanny Greek chef Andreas Yiasimi from Constantia Cottage Restaurant and front man for The Constantia Brothers will attempt to cook a seafood extravaganza to music! Andreas is Hoping to add a little Mediterranean flare to Cromer and Sheringham's first ever Crab and Lobster Festival. The dish called 'Lobster Kapama' is a family recipe that Andreas's grandmother use to cook for the family years ago, it will certainly be a challenge to prepare this complex dish in half an hour but Andreas insists he will relish the challange
Andreas, lead man for internationally acclaimed music group, The Constantia Brothers, recorded a song for Cromer Carnival called, Wanna Tell Everyone How I Feel, after he was asked to crown Miss Cromer. He decided to make it as special as possible by dedicating the song to her and the carnival in general. A Norwich studio was booked for a big production style recording featuring some of Norfolk's finest musicians. Some slick lead guitar from Rade and a catchy summer time tune is set to Rock Norfolk and become Cromer Carnivals Rock and Roll theme for many years to come.
