Ji Ben Gong is also seen as the building blocks for better Kungfu. This video is made because there is not much on Ji Ben Gong on the internet. These are 35 different skills and techniques to improve your stances, punches, kicks and for body conditioning and flexibilty. We do not claim to be good or perfect at it, but these are the basics we learnwd at different schools in China and around the world. The exercises are performed by Jean Luc Grandjean a Shaolin Martial Arts practitioner from the Shaolin Kungfu Apeldoorn He Yong Gan martial arts school in the Netherlands.
