The 19th Azerbaijan International IT and Telecommunications exhibition Bakutel 2013 will be the largest in the event’s history and coincides with the country’s ‘Year of ICT’, an initiative of President, Ilham Aliyev.
The event will take place from 2nd to 5th December at the Baku Expo Center and will feature almost 300 companies from more than 25 countries. 15 countries including Spain, Canada and France will be promoting their technologies on national stands, while groups from Afghanistan, Italy and the USA will participate for the first time.

In a football pitch on June 20th, social media stars Iza and Elle from Sweden set a new world record on having the largest number of girls dancing in one Musical.ly video with a little help from their friends. Co-hosting the event was IFK Stocksund, the local football club where Iza and Elle are playing. The press conference has been convened for the official launch of IAGTO’s 2nd Asia Golf Tourism Convention (AGTC) that will take place in Pattaya from 29 April to 2 May this year. The AGTC is the largest and most important gathering of Asia’s golf tourism industry. With no retirement plans in sight, Dorothy Zehnder, co-founder of the family-owned Bavarian Inn Restaurant will celebrate her 95th birthday on Thursday, December 1 doing what she enjoys the most – working in the kitchen of one of the nation’s largest and most successful independent restaurants.
“I like working,” she says. “I like to cook, and I like people. What else is there that I would like better?”
The petite and lively matriarch doesn’t look much like a modern CEO, but don’t be fooled. Over the years, Dorothy has been involved with all the family’s business operations, all located in Frankenmuth – Michigan’s Little Bavaria. In addition to the restaurant, they include Bavarian Inn Lodge, Castle Shops, River Place Shops, Covered Bridge & Leather Gift Shop, Frankenmuth Cheese Haus, a specialty line of food products, and online store.

Clayton, one of America’s largest homebuilders, today announced it has acquired Gallatin, Tenn.-based Goodall Homes, a builder of new single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums since 1990. Goodall is the second site-built housing company to become part of Maryville-based Clayton, a subsidiary of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway. Clayton acquired Atlanta-area builder Chafin Communities last fall.
Clayton, through its site-building group, Clayton Properties, entered the site-built housing market to expand its portfolio of housing options to homebuyers. The acquisition of Goodall Homes includes approximately 3,600 lots and 180 homes under construction in a five-county area in Middle Tennessee. Goodall Homes closed 436 homes last year.
“Adding great builders like Goodall to our team is exciting,” stated Clayton home building group President, Keith Holdbrooks. “As we continue to grow and expand into the site-built market, it is important to partner with teams that share our culture of providing an excellent customer experience.”
