Theo Kogan has been in the fashion and music industry for over 10 years, as a model and muse doing campaigns for Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Burberry, Courvoisier, Rimmel and many more as well as tons of Fashion Editorial and runway work. As the singer of her former all female band Lunachicks, she inspired a gaggle of young girls and boys to emulate her style and start bands of their own. For over a decade she toured around the world with the likes of Marilyn Manson, Rancid, The Offspring and many others. Theo is also an actress and has been in films directed by Martin Scorcese, Jane Campion, and cult classics like High Times Potluck, and Terror Firmer by Troma Films and the animated feature Live Freaky Die Freaky. She is also involved in Avante Garde Theater, in the roster of NYC’s prestigious Performance Space 122 and the Summer Play Festival and Rotozaza UK and numerous collaborative performances with BIG ART GROUP, Theo\'s ongoing collaboration with Rob Roth in SCREEN TEST.2 in Jan 2008. Theo also hosted the hit Fuse show Pants Off, Dance Off, and had television roles on Law And Order SVU, Third Watch and more. She also appeared on VH1\'s The Metal Years and My First Time. She also did motion capture for the new game by the makers of Guitar Hero called Rockband. Characters in the game are based on her movement! Pets Central, one of Hong Kongs larger veterinarian, is fighting a redundant law prohibiting dogs entering restaurants and cafes in Hong Kong. Non-profit Enroll America, the nation’s largest health care enrollment coalition, is working with the Ad Council to encourage women to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act during the next open enrollment period, which runs from November 15, 2014 through February 15, 2015.
To raise awareness, Enroll America is working with the Ad Council to continue its successful “Take Care, People” integrated public service advertising (PSA) campaign encouraging the uninsured, particularly women, to enroll. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, women make 80% of the health care decisions for their families. Women are also 47% more likely than their male counterparts to share information about health care with their friends, family and community. Lack of awareness is a critical issue among women, however, with 79% of those in the Enroll America study saying they do not know enough about the new law.

Summer is upon us, which means pedestrians, pets, bicycles and motorcycles are out in force, requiring drivers to be even more cautious. No matter where you’re headed, the park close by or family vacation to the beach, it’s important to think about everyone who'll be traveling with you, especially children and pets.
As a driver, your responsibility is to know the law and protect those in your vehicle. Infants and toddlers need special care and safety seats are required by law in all 50 states.
Some states even have laws that require your furry friends to be restrained. New Jersey, for example, requires pets to be in a restraint or a carrier in the car. The fine for this violation is anywhere from $250 to $1000. Check with your department of motor vehicles or veterinary office for information on pet restraint in your state.
