This is one of those projects where I just wanted to see how far I could go in the direction of symphonic music. I found this to be one of my greater challenges. I think it has a unique contrast from a realistic sound to perhaps electronic. Either way I'm not going to enjoy trying to decide exactly what genre this it when applicable.

Whenever I indulge in a new genre that I know nothing about, I do what I did here. I typed up Dubstep on Youtube and listened to about 2 hours of Skrillex. I fell asleep to it in the coffee shop so that I could absorb it in more depth...and catch up on a few zs

A wonderful musician and friend of mine has recently departed from our world and is now starting his new life under God's great care and guidance. I do not own a flute, nor did I have any simulated flute sounds that I could use for this song and so I came up with the idea of recording the sound of the timer from my microwave and by stretching it out, I believe that I now have a most beautiful flute sound. I tested out this song on Facebook and my friends there seem to like it a lot ..... This is my first vocal song, using my newer gear .... A few friends there suggested that I make a Youtube video for it and feature it as my Halloween video and I think that's a very good idea and so ..... this I guess is my Halloween song and video .......
