The Story takes place somewhere in Europe with Semi-Retired Jewel Thief (Dutch Franklin) while composing music on his spare time at his home; one day randomly notices thru his Telescope, a Beautiful young woman (Masha Rechman) burglarizing his neighbor’s safe.
