Cycle for Survival, the nationwide movement to beat rare cancers, brought hundreds of supporters to Times Square on Friday for its second annual Times Square Takeover, an all-day celebration featuring high-energy stationary cycling sessions.
The day kicked off Cycle for Survival’s ninth year and the launch of registration for its 2015 events across the country.

An estimated 15,000 young people will face homelessness this Christmas across the UK. Christmas in a Box will enable visitors to Dune London’s website and stores across the UK to give a young person the gift of a better Christmas with an EYH charity.

In an agreement announced today at Chicagoland Speedway, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) has extended its partnership with Danica Patrick and Stewart Haas Racing (SHR), doubling the number of races in which Aspen Dental serves as primary sponsor. Plyometric training, primarily used for athletes not only improves strength, power and stamina, it burns a serious amount of calories too. Watch the training video to reference ideal pace and intensity so you get the most out of this workout. In this circuit, each plyometric movement is followed by a strength movement to help improve both conditioning and muscle tone all in one workout.
