24-hour preschool television channel Sprout will premiere The Super Sproutlet Show – an entertaining, interactive two-hour block of programming designed to help preschoolers and their families recognize the importance of healthy living – on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Airing daily at 2:00 p.m. ET, The Super Sproutlet Show is hosted by LazyTown’s larger-than-life action hero Sportacus, and Sprout’s newest original character Bean, a young girl who lives in the real world and bikes across the country with her “Bean Pod” finding everyday “Sproutlets” (i.e. preschoolers) who are being super active, healthy and kind to the earth.

Food Network’s long-running hit primetime series Food Network Star returns to New York City this May with fifteen talented hopefuls and completely new twists for season eight – this year, returning stars Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis move from behind the judge’s table to square off with culinary favorite Alton Brown for a three-way team competition to find the next Food Network Star, beginning with a special two-hour premiere episode on Sunday, May 13th at 9pm ET/PT. Bobby, Giada and Alton, all television producers in addition to being culinary superstars, lead the charge to find and develop the new talent by each hand-selecting a team of five finalists, who they will produce and mentor through the ‘Star’ experience to find one winner who possesses personality and kitchen chops. As I'm approaching the time of certain eviction, I've been proving to myself what a little pressure can do to get the creative juices flowing and I am somewhat amazed by how quickly I have been creating and organizing enough videos that would have normally stretched out the span of this year and probably throughout 2014, all inside the time frame of a month. Particularly in the case of this song which is one of several songs that I have been working on that are somewhat more complex and exhibit my full potential as a musician. This song would have normally taken me a full year to compose and like some of my other prouder creations, I figured that there just was no time left for me to complete this kind of composition. Although admittedly I did rough it as I wrapped up the song in a day and took about one hour on the video but I think that with this one, I have successfully achieved my goal. I can always redo this at a later time when I get resettled and back in the groove.
