High school seniors and grads who design a poster that best expresses the Competition’s new theme “You Can Create Tomorrow” could earn up to a full-tuition scholarship to one of The Art Institutes schools.

Sensei Titus Jansen martial arts video! In these days you hear many people state that the Koga Ryu Ninjutsu is dead. To be honest it is not a proven fact. the answer: Sensei Titus Mathijn Jansen from Aschendorf has his own Koga Ryu Ninjutsu martial arts school in Winschoten the Netherlands. His School is called, Kage Ryu Dojo what means: Shadow Dragon School. Sensei Titus Jansen is training in the martial arts since he was 5 years old. No he is spreading the Koga Ryu Ninjutsu system to the public. The Koga Ryu Ninjutsu is a bit different then the well known Bujinkan system om grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi.
Sensei Titus Jansen is a grandmaster of the Koga RYu Ninjutsu system. He is an martial arts expert from the Netherlands and has opened his own Gym: Kage Ryu Dojo Winschoten. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts will premiere Face of America: Spirit of South Florida on September 8 for one night only in its seventh installment of the world renowned series, which showcases the harmony between artistic expression and our country’s natural treasures. Face of America: Spirit of South Florida uses the performing arts to explore the unique landscapes and the diverse cultures of Biscayne National Park, Big Cypress National Preserve, Dry Tortugas National Park and Everglades National Park.

Jointly hosted by several government departments including the National Tourism Administration of China, the General Administration of Sport of China and the Zhejiang Provincial Government, the 14th West Lake International Expo Hangzhou, China officially kicked off on October 13. Organization of the 22-day event was administered by Hangzhou’s municipal government.
The main venue for the event is located in the heart of Hangzhou, while activities are also taking place at an additional 14 smaller venues located in nearby locations including at the Hangzhou metropolitan economic zone and throughout the Yangtze River Delta. The 132–program event features a series of shows including West Lake International Fireworks Show, West Lake Art Expo, China International Press Photo Contest, West Lake International Sculpture Exhibition and China Arts and Crafts Masterwork Exhibition.

Eight years after his passing, a father's daughter is making his musical dreams come true. Using music and lyrics from David DeNoon's recently unearthed songbook, Christine DeNoon, in partnership with Lorie Steele, has written the show her father always wanted, at last fulfilling one of his lifelong goals. Someone To Belong To has been accepted into The New York International Fringe Festival, one of the largest multi-arts events in North America running from August 9-25th at venues in lower Manhattan.

ATA Karate For Kids is a specialized program created exclusively for children. The Karate for Kids program includes two age groups. Pre-school karate for kids classes are for children ages 3-6 and the karate for kids classes for children ages 7 through 12. The foundation of the martial arts ATA curriculum is the ongoing ATA review and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence.
Karate For Kids training is designed to be fun and fulfilling for each student. This is because Taekwondo is an individual activity rather than a team sport. Therefore every student is an active and valuable participant in class. They work out with kids their own age and size under well-supervised conditions, and progress at their own pace.
Through personal growth and achievement, students advance with a martial arts belt rank but are also acknowledged for outstanding performance in martial arts class, school, home, special events, or in tournament competition.
