Lt. Col. Weinstein is retired from the Army Reserve with 30 years of service and spent about half of that time as a military instructor with the Command & General Staff College.

Bob is known as the Health Colonel and is a motivational speaker on topics of leadership skill training, team building, sales, fitness, nutrition, health, wellness and the importance of interrelationships of people. His experiences in the Army Reserve have given him excellent leadership skill training which he shares enthusiastically with his audiences.
In addition to his speaking engagements, Bob is also presently writing a book on health and wellness. His burning desire is to help others lead healthier and happier lives. Undercover police officers: Magic Simpson and Chad Holland bust a drug dealer selling dope to another suspect in Kashmere Garden. The buyer was arrested and the dealer started resisting arrest when Magic took him down from trying to run away from the officers. The suspect violated his 10 year probation and facing a lot of charges. Officers Drae and Charlie catch a 16 year old kid using cocaine whose life was saved from choking to death. He attempted to swallow a small bag of cocaine and flee the scene. The Los Zetas have a drug deal behind a building of a Foodtown grocery store. They are busted by Officer Jenny and Mike. Shots are fired, police chase suspects, and justice is served.

Ten years later, the university and New Orleans residents are building a better future one project at a time. One year after an innovative building retrofit project, the Empire State Building is ahead of plan and has exceeded its year one energy-efficiency guarantee by five percent, saving $2.4 million and establishing a commercial real estate model for reducing costs, maximizing return on investment, increasing real estate value, and protecting the environment.
“First and foremost, making the Empire State Building energy efficient was a sound business decision that saved us millions of dollars in the first year,” said Anthony Malkin of the Empire State Building Company. “We have a proven model that shows building owners and operators how to cut costs and improve the value of their buildings by integrating energy efficiency into building upgrades.”
