It has been decided at the 67th Annual Conference of the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) held from 5th to 7th of June, 2011 that Air China will play host to and chair the 68th Annual Conference of IATA and the World Civil Aviation Summit to be held in Beijing, China in 2012 – the first time that the IATA Annual Conference will take place in the country. A high profile event in the global airline industry, each year the IATA Annual Conference brings together executives and decision makers of the world’s airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers and service suppliers.
