This year, Bob Evans Farms is partnering with JDRF for the second year, with a goal of raising $100,000 for T1D research by selling JDRF’s signature paper sneakers in each of its 561 restaurants.
Starting today through March 19, guests can support the fight against T1D by making donations of their choice to JDRF at their local Bob Evans restaurant. Guests interested in making a contribution will receive one of JDRF’s paper sneakers to sign and display. In addition, on March 19, Bob Evans will host a national community fundraiser, donating 15 percent of sales to JDRF when guests present a fundraising flyer. Denn angesichts der wahren Neuheitenflut war eine Auswahl unumgänglich. Nun, man entschied sich für eine gesunde Mischung und fand damit bei den über 1.200 geladenen Gästen großen Anklang. Die dritte Generation des Audi TT, der Huracan als Nachfolger des Lamborghini Gallardo, der „Rembrandt Bugatti“ als weitere Sonderedition des Veyron 16,4 Grand Sport Vitesse, der Continental GT Speed als schnellster Bentley aller Zeiten sowie der Seat Leon Cupra zeigten das Hier und Jetzt. Die Skoda-Designstudie „VisionC“ und das sechssitzige Konzeptfahrzeug „Clipper“ von Giugiaro dagegen unterschiedliche Ansätze, wie die automobile Zukunft aussehen könnte. Für den Spagat zwischen Konzeptfahrzeug und Serie zuständig aren der T-ROC, mit dem Volkswagen zwischen Tiguan und Touareg eine neue SUV-Baureihe etablieren wird und die Alltrack-Studie für den VW Multivan, der schon sehr bald auf unseren Straßen zu sehen sein dürfte. Ein vielfältigeres Angebot kann derzeit kein anderer Autokonzern bieten.

Bei der dritten Generation des kompakten Sportwagens haben die Designer viele Ideen der ersten-TT-Generation von 1998 neu interpretiert - auf dynamische und facettenreiche Weise. An der Front des neuen dominieren die Horizontalen. Der Singleframe-Grill ist breit und flach gezeichnet. Zwei Konturen ziehen sich V-förmig über die Motorhaube. Neu ist auch die Position der Vier Ringe, diese befinden sich jetzt mittig auf der Motorhaube und zeigen die Verwandtschaft zum R8. Stege gliedern die großen Lufteinlässe. Die Scheinwerfer wiederholen dieses Motiv - sie sind mit Trennstegen strukturiert, die das Tagfahrlicht abstrahlen. Optional liefert Audi die Scheinwerfer in LED-Technik oder in der wegweisenden Matrix LED-Technologie, bei der regelbare Einzel-Leuchtdioden das Fernlicht generieren.

Volkswagen hat mit dem Tiguan und Touareg zwei der erfolgreichsten SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) europäischer Herkunft im Programm.
