The Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation has announced that the Federal Law “On the preparation and holding in the Russian Federation the FIFA World Cup 2018™ and the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and introduction of the amendments to some Russian Federation legislative acts” was published on the official website of the President of Russia (http://kremlin.ru/acts/news/57003).
The changes to the legislation have concerned the duration of possible entry into the Russian Federation for tourists who plan to cross the Russian federal border using FAN ID. Foreign spectators and stateless persons can enter Russia with their within the time period that starts 10 days prior to the date of the first match and ends on the date of the last match, i.e. it will be possible to enter Russia with a FAN ID from June 4 to July 15, 2018. The FAN ID holders must leave the country no later than July 25, 2018. Foreign spectators and stateless persons can also exit Russia using a FAN ID either in the laminated form or in electronic format if they have valid documents of identification.

In celebration of the second annual “Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented by Purina,” a show that will combine the stars of Hollywood with the stars of the dog world, Purina invites pet lovers across the globe to share the positive impact dogs make in our lives through its “Every Dog is a Star” program.
Dog owners are encouraged to log onto Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to post photos or videos showing how their dog is the true star of the family. For every original post submitted between March 26-April 8, using the hashtag #BHDogShow and tagging @Purina, Purina will donate five dollars (up to $25,000) to Mutt-i-grees, a program run by North Shore Animal League America. Mutt-i-grees helps show children the positive impact pets can have on their lives by teaching them important life skills such as empathy, friendship and kindness through interaction with shelter dogs. Purina and the Mutt-i-grees program share the belief that pets and people are better together and are committed to providing opportunities where these relationships can grow. The funds will be used to help expand the program to additional schools around the country.

Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Meghan Trainor takes the stage today at AT&T Stadium to kick off The Salvation Army's 128th annual Red Kettle Campaign. Her live nationally televised halftime performance during the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Washington Redskins will air on Fox.

Kai Jansen organised a bigg martial arts tournament in Nettetal a city in Germany, Europe. Douwe Geluk and his martial arts team participated at this bigg event and performed the Chinese martial arts of: Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Weapons and more. The Tai Chi team from the Netherlands particpated under the guidance of shifu Douwe Geluk on a bigg international martial arts competition. This contest was held in Germany under supervision of Jan Leminsky.

Ana Schmidt has been announced as the winner of the 2018 Columbia Threadneedle Prize, Europe’s leading open competition for figurative and representational art, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Ana receives a cash prize of £20,000 and a solo exhibition for a wider body of work in the Threadneedle Space at Mall Galleries.
Ana Schmidt is a 'realist' painter based in Bilbao, where she works as an urban planning architect and figurative painter. Her work focuses on depictions of urban landscapes and how they appear in our everyday experience. Finding inspiration from her immediate surroundings, Ana is especially interested in painting the territorial changes brought on over the last decades by the process of urban transformation and sprawl.

The increase, commences from the second edition of the award, following the huge success and overwhelming global participation for the inaugural edition of the award.

An Academic category has been added comprising two awards: Research in Innovative Project Management Practices Award and Innovative Use of Project Management Practices (Award Category) to engage students, academics and researchers.
