Abbott and the United States Department of Defense today announced a collaboration with the intent to develop portable blood tests to help evaluate potential concussions, also called mild traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). As part of a multi–phased approach, the tests would be developed for Abbott’s i–STAT® System, a handheld, diagnostic analyzer that is currently used for other point-of-care testing, including among military service members. Concussions are a significant health concern for military service members.1 With the development of new tests, physicians could use the information to positively impact the care of people with a suspected concussion.

Usually, people think that lightning is the fastest thing in the world. Is there anything else comparable with lightning speed? Recently, an experiment was conducted, comparing the unlocking speed of a mobile phone with lightning speed, and the OPPO F1 Plus mobile phone was chosen because the tagline says it can unlock in 0.2 seconds.
The experimenter released the lightning by means of Tesla coil and triggered switch and fingerprint membrane, and the experimental result shows that lightning and OPPO F1 Plus unlocking almost simultaneously happen.
OPPO F1 Plus fingerprint unlocking so fast lies in its recognition system, featuring adaptive, self-learning, and dynamic matching abilities. OPPO F1 Plus can adapt to the various states of the user’s fingers, and dry or wet fingers can smoothly unlock it. Under certain conditions, the system will automatically learn, and constantly improve, the fingerprint information of the users, thus decreasing obviously false acceptance rate and false rejection rate. Meanwhile, the system database template image sequence will dynamically adjust according to the habits of the users, with 0.2s unlocking more quickly and conveniently.

think about causes of inattention when driving we instantly think about
things like mobile phones and passengers. But we wanted to know if
different emotional states could be just as distracting, so we put 5
drivers to the test in the Attention Powered Car to see just how
distracting our emotions can be. We're back at the RAC Driving Centre
to delve into this issue of inattention on our roads and see the true
impact different emotional states really has on our attention levels
when driving. To see what we've learning about driver inattention, and

What happens when Pitch Perfect actress Brittany Snow uses her charm to talk sunscreen? Shoppers end up singing a different tune than what they expected. Snow, the new face of Coppertone® CLEARLYSheer®, helps prove that trusted protection doesn’t have to come in a tiny bottle with a fancy price tag. Through hidden cameras, she delights shoppers with Coppertone® CLEARLYSheer®, the breathable and light daily sunscreen that’s perfect for everyday protection.
Most people don’t expect a luxurious moisturizing sunscreen to come from Coppertone®. To help them understand it is possible, the brand masked CLEARLYSheer® as Le Clair, a non-existent new prestige sunscreen. Coppertone® then teamed up with Brittany to encourage shoppers to test the face-friendly product on their skin. While they unknowingly applied Coppertone® CLEARLYSheer®, they continually complimented its clean and lightweight formula. At the end, the product is revealed to be from Coppertone®! Is their reaction good or bad? Check out the video to see what shoppers had to say following the reveal! Are they pleasantly surprised? Did Brittany sell it in? You’ll have to watch the video to find out.
