Also know as a Bradford Press this exercise is one of several that target your shoulders. It's a good exercise for beginners because you are seated on the chair and have back support which helps you to maintian the correct posture and form throughout the exercise.
As with all free weight exercises it's best to have a spotter to reduce the risk on injury especially as you move up in weight.
If you are just starting out make sure you perform the exercise with the proper technique at a lower weight before you increase the weight. I can't stress enough the importance of proper technique with all weight training exercises including the Rocky Press.

topic of conspiracies come up in conversation. I saw a show called Brad
Meltzer's Decoded on The History Channel with an episode about the
Grove in California. I had heard of it but not familiar with the
secrets and conspiracies surrounding the place and it's members.
Likewise with Jones, I had heard of him but that was about it. Ten
minutes into this show, I was hooked! I couldn't believe I didn't know
more about this story being the sucker that I am for a good conspiracy

When I think of “Country”, I think of holding onto things passed down, going to Grandma and Grandpa’s on Sundays to watch TV and socialize as a family, playing Kick the Can with anyone who could still run, picking a guitar under an old oak tree surrounded by farm land, but more importantly ~ family. If you are a country music fan, it has more than likely influenced your life and to many, a large part of it. Country music to me is about the good stuff, telling stories, and life in general. Not making a political statement, but I would like to see Country Music take a step closer to its roots… even if only a small step.

A wonderful musician and friend of mine has recently departed from our world and is now starting his new life under God's great care and guidance. Nikos will do very well in Heaven and will even delight the angels with his goodwill and music. "I am reaching out to you now from this world Nikos to present you with my gift of this song for you. I've had the idea for this song since the day of the terrorist attacks in Paris but I couldn't find the time to actually work on it until recently as I've limited my amount of video watching here temporarily on Youtube. It was the only way for me to get this done. I wanted to have this song and video uploaded well before Christmas and so I had to rush this composition more so than with any other previous song I've ever written. I haven't even tested it out in my friend's car to hear it through his stereo as my main concern is always in the vocal quality here. The instrumental sections were very complex and I was making up those parts as I was going and they all seem to be fine as far as composition goes. I wish to especially thank Bethany Ann Meyer who gave me that little extra incentive that I needed to get this song finished. She's a gifted singer and a real sweetheart.
