Crystal Lagoons broke the record for the “World's Largest Crystalline Lagoon” with the completion of its latest project in Egypt.
Twelve Crystal Lagoons totaling 250 acres will be the centerpiece of the $5.5 billion dollar, 1,850-acre development in Citystars Sharm El Sheikh. The record-breaking lagoon is 30 acres of crystal-clear water surrounded by white sandy beaches - perfect for swimming, sailing, kayaking and more.
Citystars Sharm el Sheikh's crystal lagoon get its salt water supply from wells in the middle of the desert that are otherwise useless, allowing for a tropical crystalline lagoon in the desert. In addition, the salt water used in the crystal lagoon features higher levels of purity and will be used for reverse osmosis desalinization processes, lowering the costs of water treatment.

Vitamin Bee, LLC today announced a new collaboration with the Bayer Bee Care Program through its “Vitamin Bee®” character to help promote the Feed a Bee initiative, bee advocacy and healthy nutrition awareness for children.
Created by veteran director and animator Geoffrey Kater, Vitamin Bee is the central character in a nutrition education program that encourages kids to eat nutritious foods and empowers them to make healthy lifestyle choices. Mahindra Group subsidiary, Mahindra Aerospace has been awarded a large aero-components production contract by Airbus Group company, Premium AEROTEC of Germany. The multi-year contract envisages the manufacture and supply by Mahindra of a variety of metallic components that will be fitted into several Airbus aircraft programs as part of assemblies produced by Premium AEROTEC.
Mahindra Aerospace’s deliverables under this contract will be in excess of a million parts per annum. The parts will be produced at the new Mahindra Aerostructures facility located at Narsapura, near Bengaluru, India. Deliveries to Premium AEROTEC’s facilities in Germany are scheduled to commence this year. Announcing the contract award during the 2015 Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, senior representatives of the Airbus and Mahindra groups mentioned that this contract is aligned with the Indian Government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative and validates the two Groups’ commitment to accelerate India’s participation in the global aerospace industry while simultaneously creating high-growth opportunities within India’s burgeoning aerospace and defense eco-system.

The 2014 edition of America After 3PM, which includes responses from 30,000 U.S. families, finds that for every child enrolled in an afterschool program, there are two more who are not and whose parents would enroll their child, if a program were available.
