Los atletas del equipo olímpico de Estados Unidos (Team USA) saben lo que se necesita para formar un campeón: toda una vida de determinación y entrenamiento, innumerables competencias, años de alimentar su cuerpo con los alimentos y bebidas adecuados y el inquebrantable apoyo de mamá y papá. En la actualidad, una nueva encuesta1 llevada a cabo entre más de 1,000 atletas estadounidenses olímpicos y paralímpicos, activos o ya retirados y también entre aspirantes, encontró que casi todos (nueve de cada 10) crecieron tomando leche en su camino hacia el escenario mundial.
