Harbor Shores, Lake Michigan’s resort destination and waterfront community in Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, Michigan, today announced plans for the opening of its seventh and largest neighborhood, Harbor Village. Inspired by the character of historic St. Joseph, Michigan, with front porches and waterfront views, Harbor Village offers a variety of housing options, ranging from townhomes to single-family homes, and will open to residents in summer 2017.
Tucked between downtown St. Joseph and the Benton Harbor Arts District, Harbor Village sits on 11 acres of land at the confluence of the Paw Paw River and the St. Joseph River, which serves the commercial and recreational harbor into Lake Michigan.

More than 40 million Americans are family caregivers, taking care of parents, spouses, partners, and other adult loved ones. To help caregivers get the support they need to take care of themselves and their loved ones, AARP and the Ad Council are continuing their successful Caregiver Assistance campaign with new PSAs, created pro bono by agency Spike DDB, designed to reach the underserved African-American caregiver population.
“Many people will spend more of their time and resources caring for their aging parents than they did raising their own children,” said AARP CEO Jo Ann Jenkins. “African-American caregivers are disproportionately affected as most are much younger than their white counterparts and often leave the workforce to provide care on a full-time basis. These new PSAs will help create greater awareness for caregivers who tackle tough issues every day, and provide information on the many resources that are available to help them meet their needs and those of their loved ones.”

Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), today on Giving Tuesday, is dispelling stereotypes about female leadership and demonstrating the importance of investing in girls who make a difference in the world. There is an update for affected purchasers in this lawsuit about certain vehicle components, as there have been additional Settlements that may affect their rights.
Twelve additional Defendants have agreed to Settlements resolving claims that they fixed the price of certain vehicle components. (The Court previously approved settlements with 11 Defendants, totaling approximately $225 million.) The additional Settlements being presented for Court Approval total approximately $379 million.
The lawsuits allege that Defendants fixed the price of certain vehicle components, causing millions of consumers and businesses from around the country to pay more for certain new or leased vehicles and replacement parts.
