One liter of warm water +98.6 F. ( 37°C)
One lemon (squeeze)
Two tablespoons of honey
One teaspoon of baking soda
Mix it and drink in a time of a maximum of 5 minutes! Remember! You have to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
