The transformed locations are a complete rethinking of what a car rental location and experience should be as the Company unveils “Road Trip by Hertz” retail stations located on-site that allows travelers to access everything they would need for business or leisurely travel. Travelers now enjoy concierge style service inside Hertz’s facilities with a streamlined rental experience that eliminates the need to wait in line, have access to an iPad station for researching local area information and to recharge their mobile devices, and can make use of printing and FedEx services on-site which add value to the experience, making it faster and easier. Hertz has started unveiling modernized locations around the globe, which to-date include its rental facilities at San Diego and Shanghai Airports, its Marble Arch location in central London and its Melboune, Australia headquarters, with more transformations planned for additional airports and neighborhood locations throughout the year.

Western China International Expo Center was fully completed by the end of August, which will be serving as the permanent venue for the Western China International Fair, a main venue for large scale exhibitions and fairs as well as platform for major high-end commercial and business events.
Western China International Expo Center has an area of 300,000 square meters divided into 16 halls in eight pavilions, including 15 standard exhibition halls and one multi-function hall. Each pavilion is connected by passages inside except the external transportation hall. WCIEC (Western China International Expo Center) adopted steel shuttle-shaped truss columns structure which widens the unblocked view with the no-column design the interior. Meanwhile the conception maximizes the usage efficiency of the pavilions which to lower the amount of steel used in construction.

SuperShuttle celebrates 30 years of service this year and officially kicked off its summer-long 30 year anniversary promotion June 1. Mitch Rouse, the then owner of Yellow Cab, Los Angeles, founded SuperShuttle, the nation’s largest shared-ride airport shuttle service in 1983. Rouse got the idea when his brother-in-law ordered one of his cabs to pick up his family for a ski trip and the family couldn’t fit in a cab with all their equipment and SuperShuttle was born.
