Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, Dec. 20 inside the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. The vibrant production dazzled audiences with its talented cast of 35 singers and dancers, backed by an on-stage 31-piece orchestra. Tickets are on sale now at www.wynnlasvegas.com.
“In the 45 years I’ve been doing this, I’ve never felt as proud or as satisfied with any project I’ve ever been involved with as much I am with this one,” said Steve Wynn, chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts and executive producer of ShowStoppers. “I was beginning to miss the magic and delicious joy of watching gifted artists perform with great music, and so I hope the public loves the show as much as I do.”

In a ground-breaking collaboration, Volvo Cars, protective gravity sports gear manufacturer POC and Ericsson will present an innovative safety technology connecting drivers and cyclists for the first time ever at International CES in Las Vegas (6-9 January 2015).
The technology consists of a connected car and helmet prototype that will establish 2-way communication offering proximity alerts to Volvo car drivers and cyclists and thereby avoid accidents. No car manufacturer has previously put a stake in the ground to help address the problem by using Connected Safety technology – until now.
