Heute ist darin ein Restaurant, das Restaurant Kaiserbahnhof mit Biergarten zu finden.

Ein sehr schoenes Bahnhofsgebaeude ist das Bahnhofsgebaeude von Kottenforst, leider wird an diesen Bahnhof nur am Wochenende und an Feiertagen gehalten. Der Bahnhof beherbergt heute ein Restaurant und einen Biergarten.
