Reply, specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media, announces Breed Reply (www.breedreply.com), a new Reply advanced incubator for funding, accelerating and supporting the growth and establishment of ideas and start-ups around the Internet of Things (IoT) across Europe and the USA.
Breed Reply has already been active in setting up a growth project with Xmetrics (www.swim-xmetrics.com), a company that offers an innovative device for swimmers. Xmetrics uses sensors, electronic components and software via mobile devices, to enhance the training sessions of professional and amateur swimmers, analysing their main biometric parameters and their real time performance. Breed Reply has signed a "term sheet" for an investment of £675,000 for , 30% of XMetrics.

Announced today by VICHY Laboratoires, the VICHY EXPOSOME GRANT will promote and encourage research activity on the skin exposome. One research grant of 15 000 € will be awarded annually to a research project proposal in the field of exposome and skin.
What is exposome?
The human body is subjected to and responds to complex exposures throughout the lifespan, including exposures from the environment, diet, lifestyle. For this highly complex interaction, the term exposome was recently coined by Dr. Christopher Wild at the World Health Organization‘s International Agency for Research on Cancer.
The exposome analysis, therefore, complements the human genome by providing a comprehensive description of individuals’ lifelong environmental exposures. Exposome research aims to look at the holistic view of the human body’s exposures, how the body responds to those exposures, and their combined effects.

This project will empower more domestic violence shelters across the United States to become pet-friendly, so domestic abuse victims can escape with their pets and begin to heal together as survivors.
