TELEMUNDO anunció hoy que la superestrella internacional Lucero conducirá los primeros “Latin American Music Awards.” El gran evento, que tendrá lugar el jueves, 8 de octubre, 2015 desde el prestigioso Dolby Theater en Hollywood, California, comenzará con la anticipada llegada de estrellas a la “Alfombra de Latin AMAs” a las 8pm/7c y continuará con la ceremonia de premiación a las 9pm/8c, que se transmitirá por TELEMUNDO y simultáneamente por NBC Universo. La noche culminará a las 11:35pm/10:35c con un vistazo exclusivo tras bambalinas durante el especial “Latin American Music Awards: Acceso VIP”. Los boletos están a la venta a través de Ticketmaster y la taquilla del Dolby Theatre.
Lucero es una polifacética y galardonada actriz, presentadora de televisión y cantante multi-platino. Nacida en la Ciudad de México, ha vendido más de 27 millones de discos mundialmente. Reconocida como “La Novia de América”, Lucero obtuvo su primer papel de alto perfil en un programa popular para niños en la Ciudad de México a los 10 años. Desde entonces, ha lanzado una serie de exitosos álbumes y muchas de sus canciones han encabezado las listas de música internacionalmente. En la pantalla grande, Lucero ha protagonizado un total de siete películas y múltiples telenovelas, incluyendo “Alborada”, la que le valió un premio Emmy”, “Mañana es Para Siempre” y “Soy tu Dueña”, ambas galardonadas con el premio Ace, y “Por ella Soy Eva”. “People en Español” la nombró la “Reina de las Telenovelas” en la edición 2013 de su especial de “Los 50 Más Bellos”. Fifty-three automotive journalists from Canada and the United States have voted the Honda Civic as the 2016 North American Car of the Year. The Volvo XC90 was picked as the 2016 North American Truck/Utility of the Year.
Both vehicles were previous winners. The Civic won in 2006 and the XC90 in 2003.
The awards – now in their 23rd year – are unique in the United States because instead of being given by a single media outlet they are awarded by an independent group of automotive journalists from the United States and Canada who represent magazines, television, radio, newspapers and web sites.
