Mandy Moore, the voice of Rapunzel in the Oscar-nominated Disney film “Tangled,” lends her voice to another animated film project. As Ambassador for the global health organization Population Services International (PSI), Moore narrates a video in which she tells the story of a mother and her daughter on the road to better health. Along the way they find the many places in their community where PSI delivers a dignified approach to preventing malaria and HIV/AIDS, offers family planning for women and couples, and addresses the top killers of kids in the developing world. Imagine young, responsible men smiling on an operating theater bed as a team of surgeons cut off their foreskin; in a new effort to help them reduce their risk of acquiring HIV. Well, no need to imagine. See for yourself: In Swaziland, "Operation Abraham" supports the training of doctors in performing safe, effective and rapid circumcisions on men.

(RED) today announced the launch of The Lazarus Effect Campaign, a multi-platform campaign across TV, online and print, including an HBO documentary airing on May 24, that will help raise awareness of the transformative effect of antiretroviral medicine for those living with HIV in Africa. Launching April 29 on HBO, the awareness campaign will roll out across various TV and online networks in the coming weeks. The campaign equates the relative value of 40 cents by comparing trivial items worth 40 cents e.g. a stick of gum, a smear of lipstick — to the value of one day\'s worth of life transforming antiretroviral medication./nTo view Multimedia News Release, go to http://multivu.prnewswire.com/mnr/red/43843/
