My name is: Colin Jeffrey, I with my wife Chulawadee have just bought into a Franchise; The Franchise is a Community Website for our Area of Stockton-on-Tees. Stockton is a town in the North East of England. We live in one of the Borough's of Stockton Called Billingham. Billingham is a Small Town, But is big in Heavy Industry IE, Chemicals of which ICI used to be the main player.
