According to Department of Defense statistics, hearing loss is the number one war-related injury affecting veterans from the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan. An estimated 60 percent of veterans returning from Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) have some hearing damage, with 840,000 suffering from tinnitus and just over 700,000 suffering from hearing loss. http://debbiewilliamsassociates.co.uk/ditch_the_dairy.htm Chrones disease and ulcerated colitis. My mother suffered for over 35 plus years with this and had a colostomy bag as well after a spell in hospital in an unrelated illness she was in a coma for 9 days and when she came home through dietary changes she stopped suffering. Debbie changed her diet getting all dairy products out from cheese to pizza to cream cakes and milk . This stopped the pain as you will see in the video her mothers response when given some custard in the hospital how the pain came on very suddenly. Debbie herself steers clear of dairy as it seems to cause her to feel blocked up and other unpleasant side effects. Many people are lactose intolerant without realizing it and suffer low level discomfort from irritable bowel to cramping pains not knowing that dairy products may be causing this.Creating a meal plan for a couple of weeks and then gradually adding in one dairy based food at a time will let you know whether its a problem for you or not. Debbie's mother was able to have the occasional cream cake once a week and her body could handle it but after 6 years of following eating foods that Debbie prepared she started buying lots of junk food and eating out more often with cream cakes everyday the downfall was dramatic and despite Debbie trying to stop her this time as she had a new baby to contend with Olive went downhill fast and was dead within 6 months. There is a saying we are digging our graves with out teeth, the link above takes you to a hypnosis product ditch the dairy if you feel you are addicted to dairy foods and need help to get them out to test if this will help you. Also check out www.notmilkman.com where there are tons and tons of scientific references linking dairy to all sorts of diseases. Also if you would like to have a free hypnosis recording my 'Stop worrying and create a wonderful life will help you. You can get it free from here:http://www.debbiewilliamsassociates.co.uk/. http://debbiewilliamsassociates.co.uk/lean_for_life.htm Healthy fast food using dairy free sauce also curry, chilli and gravy and other sauces to create different dishes everyday to look forward to. Making friends with vegetables will be your greatest ally against disease and helping keeping you slim. Debbie also talks about how you can get raw food into your diet and enjoy it even in the winter. You can see even if you are very lazy (as Debbie admits she is ) there is no excuse to not eat healthy . Adding sprouted seeds to foods after cooking ensures you don\\\'t destroy the enzymes and feed your cells too. This will help with reducing cravings as pointed out autopsies in America ( and other westernised nations) show we are overfed by actually suffering signs of malnutrition. When you live on a diet of highly processed foods the body will send out hunger signals (for many reasons) one of them being an hour or so after eating it realizes there is missing nutrients in this meal, go and get me some please. We interpret this as being hungry and go and eat the first thing we come across and the whole cycle continues. There is a link above to Debbie Williams hypnosis and NLP recording Lean for Life download this and ditch the dairy can help you to break the addiction that many junk foods as well as so called marketed health foods ie \\\'milk and dairy foods have on you. You wouldn\\\'t get down on your hands and knees in a field and suckle of a cow would you? Why not include rat milk or horse milk? One of the reasons we get addicted to dairy is that it contains caso-morphine to ensure the baby has a big desire to drink lots of it. By the time we are 4 years or age most of us lose the ability to fully digest the sugar in milk (lactose) as this is the time we should be fully weaned of our mother\\\'s milk . Drinking milk in adulthood can lead to all sorts of problems one of the best resources for more info is Robert Cohen\\\'s website www.notmilkman.com or my ditch the dairy recording. http://debbiewilliamsassociates.co.uk/ditch_the_dairy.htm

Beginning this Earth Day (April 22), Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ: WFM) will no longer carry red-rated, wild-caught fish in its seafood departments. The move, which comes one year ahead of the company’s self-imposed deadline of Earth Day 2013, makes Whole Foods Market the first national grocer to stop selling red-rated seafood. A red rating indicates that a species is suffering from overfishing or that current fishing methods harm other marine life or habitats; the ratings are determined by nonprofit research organizations Blue Ocean Institute and Monterey Bay Aquarium. Blue Ocean Institute and Monterey Bay Aquarium’s green or “Best Choice” ratings mean species are abundant and are caught in environmentally friendly ways; yellow or “Good Alternative” ratings indicate some concerns with the species’ status or catch methods. According to the “2011 Financial Reality Check Study” conducted by Genworth, 75% of Americans have never had a conversation about long term care with their loved ones. However, 70% would not know what to do if a family member were to require immediate long term care assistance; an alarming statistic considering that 6 out of 10 people will need long term care sometime during their lifetimes. The data also suggests consumers are suffering from overall financial planning inertia; however, the lack of education around long term care (LTC) planning can have significant consequences.
